Before you use cheats: One guide says cheats do not block Xbox 360 achievements; PS4 trophy behavior is undocumented. No guide reports save problems, but back up your save before testing codes.

How to enter cheats

PlayStation

Connect a second controller, hold L1 on it and press the sequence during play, outside cutscenes. PS2: use port 2. PS4 re-release: sign the second pad in as a guest.

Xbox

Xbox 360 Scholarship Edition, also playable on Xbox One and Series X|S: connect a second controller, hold LB on it and press the sequence during play, outside cutscenes.

Scholarship Edition: players report the Xbox codes work from a gamepad while you play on keyboard and mouse. Typed Alt+Tab codes seen online are unverified and reportedly fail.

Mobile and Wii

No built-in cheat codes are confirmed for the Anniversary Edition on iOS and Android, or for the Wii Scholarship Edition. Guides list none for either.
