GTABase and Vandal disagree on the full contents, but both name Brass Knuckles, a Knife, Molotov Cocktails, a Pistol, an AK-47 and a Sniper Rifle.

Weapon set 3 (tier 3, heavy loadout)

GTABase and Vandal disagree on the full contents, but both name a Chainsaw, Grenades, the Equalizer, an SMG, an Assault Rifle and a Minigun.

Clear your wanted level (Never Wanted)

Lists name it Never Wanted, Lower Wanted Level or Remove Wanted Level. GTABase and Vandal say it also stops new stars from building, and Vandal adds that starting a Rampage ends the effect; the other lists describe it only as lowering or removing your stars.

With the Rhino, this is one of only two vehicle spawn codes in the game. There is no helicopter, plane or Hunter code.

Perfect handling (cars grip the road and can hop)

Press Down on PSP, or L3 on PS2, to make the car hop (GTABase says either works). A few older PS2 lists call this cheat No Traction, but most lists describe better grip.

Destroy all nearby cars

Vandal reports that it also destroys the vehicle you are in, so get out first if you want to keep it.

Black cars (new civilian traffic appears black)

Police cars are left alone. Some lists call it Black Traffic.

Chrome cars (all vehicles are plated in chrome)

Police cars are included. Some lists call it Chrome Traffic.

Cars avoid you (listed as Aggressive Drivers in some sources)

Every source agrees on the buttons but not on the name: most lists say Cars Avoid You, while GTABase and the CheatDevice list say Aggressive Drivers and WikiGTA says Aggressive Traffic. The exact traffic behavior is unconfirmed.

All traffic lights stay green

GTABase says drivers still obey the lights.

Pedestrians attack you

Entering the code again does not switch it off. Reload a save made before you used it.

A nearby pedestrian climbs into your vehicle

Enter it while sitting in a vehicle with a free passenger seat and a pedestrian close by. Also listed as Ride With Me, Passenger Pedestrians and Start Drive-By.

Clear and Sunny use R then L, while Overcast and Rainy use L then R.

Faster in-game clock

Time of day passes faster while gameplay speed stays normal. GTABase says entering the code again turns it off.

Upside down (flips the screen and reverses the controls)

Avoid saving while it is active.

Reverse upside down (restores the normal screen)

The controls are reversed while upside down is on, which makes this code awkward to enter (GTABase warns about it). If it does not respond, reload a save.

Unlock 25% of the multiplayer content

PSP only. Unlocks content for the ad hoc multiplayer modes and does not change story progress. Tier labels follow most lists, but GTABase shifts them by one tier, so test the code if you need an exact tier.
