Mortal Kombat 1 (2023) and Mortal Kombat 11 Cheats
Modern Mortal Kombat games (MK1 2023 and MK11) have no typed cheat codes or console. Their "codes" are FATALITY and finisher INPUTS: a short directional sequence plus one attack button entered during the "Finish Him/Her" window. Every character has two fatalities (one shown in the move list, one hidden/secret that you can still perform if you know the input), plus shared finishers (Mercy, Stage Fatality, Friendship, Brutalities, and online-only Quitality). Inputs are universal in direction (Forward/Back/Up/Down) but the final attack button differs by platform, so each fatality is given per controller. The classic 'ABACABB' blood code is a 1993-era deep cut that does NOT work in these games.
83 cheats // pick your platform below

Heads up // These are gameplay finisher inputs, not exploits: they do NOT disable trophies/achievements, carry no ban or save-corruption risk, and are 100% legitimate. Accuracy caveats: (1) The final attack button differs by platform - always use the column for your controller. (2) On the right side of the screen, mirror Forward/Back inputs. (3) Some sources list slightly different secret-fatality names or alternate inputs; where MK1 secret-fatality directional inputs from PowerPyx differ from the move-list version, both are workable - test in Practice. (4) Quitality is not something you perform; it triggers automatically when an online opponent rage-quits. (5) ABACABB does nothing in modern MK - it is a 1993 Genesis code included only as historical trivia. (6) Brutalities have per-character in-match conditions and must be unlocked before they can trigger.

MK11 - Other Finishers (Mercy, Stage, Friendship, Quitality, Brutality)05 CODES
- Mercy - spare the opponent so they recover a little health (sets up a comeback; can earn a bonus Heart)Some Brutalities (e.g., Cetrion's 'Falling Sky') require a Mercy first. Not available on PC
- Stage Fatality - environment kill (supported on certain interactive stages, e.g., Dead Pool, Tournament, Shaolin Trap Dungeon)Only works at specific spots on stages that have a Stage Fatality.
Universal input is Hold Block + 2 (Back Punch) at close range on a supported stage. - Friendship - non-violent comedic finisher (added in the Aftermath update)Inputs differ per character; not a single universal code.
Per-character input entered on 'Finish Him' (similar 3-4 direction + button strings as fatalities). Available outside Kompetitive matches. Check each fighter's move list / MKWarehouse Friendship column for the exact string. - Brutality - finisher that ends the match on the final hit if conditions are metDozens per character; see MKWarehouse Brutalities list for exact requirements.
Each Brutality has its own in-match requirement (specific move as the killing blow, sometimes a held button, a minimum number of hits, or a prior Mercy). Must be unlocked before it will trigger. - Quitality - automatic 'finisher' when an online opponent rage-quitsCannot be performed manually.
No input - if your opponent disconnects/quits during an online match while losing, their character collapses (Quitality) and you are awarded the win.
Deep Cut - Classic 'ABACABB' Blood Code (historical, NOT MK1/MK11)01 CODES
- Enable blood and arcade fatalities in the original Mortal Kombat (1993 Sega Genesis port)Iconic 16-bit cheat code. It does NOT work in MK1 (2023) or MK11 - included only as franchise trivia. The SNES port had blood enabled differently and did not use this code.

On the full ID list
MK1 and MK11 have no item-ID/spawn tables. This set covers the full main rosters of both games, all major DLC fighters, MK1 Kameo fatalities, and every shared finisher type (Mercy, Stage Fatality, Friendship, Brutality, Quitality, Animality). MK11 base/DLC fatality directions are given in the game's native 1/2/3/4 notation with a per-platform button legend (convert the trailing number with the MK11 mapping). The complete, authoritative per-input database (including every Brutality requirement, Friendship string, Animality, and Switch column) is maintained at MKWarehouse: https://www.mortalkombatwarehouse.com/mk12/fatalities/ (MK1) and https://www.mortalkombatwarehouse.com/mk11/fatalities/ (MK11). A few MK1 KP1/KP2 DLC fighters share the generic D,F,D / B,F,B input pattern across sources; confirm the exact final button in Practice mode.
FAQ // Straight answers
How do you perform a Fatality in Mortal Kombat 1 and MK11?
Reduce your opponent to near-zero health, wait for the 'Finish Him/Her' prompt, then enter the character's Fatality input from the correct distance (close, mid, or far). Each character's Move List shows the exact button sequence for your platform.
How do you unlock the second Fatality for a character?
In MK11 the second Fatality is unlocked through the Krypt or by purchasing it, while in Mortal Kombat 1 it unlocks by raising that character's Mastery level. If you already know the input, you can perform it without unlocking it first.
Are there cheat codes for Mortal Kombat 1 or MK11?
Modern Mortal Kombat games do not use old-style button cheat codes. 'Cheats' today means Fatality, Brutality, and finisher inputs plus unlock methods like Mastery progression, the Krypt, and Easy Fatality tokens.
Is there a money or Koins cheat in Mortal Kombat 11?
There is no legitimate code that instantly gives unlimited Koins or currency. Koins are earned through Towers, the Krypt, and gameplay, so the page focuses on real earning methods rather than fabricated money cheats.
Do Mortal Kombat cheats disable achievements or trophies?
Performing Fatalities and finishers through normal inputs does not disable achievements or trophies. Using in-game assists like Easy Fatality tokens is an intended feature and does not block trophy or achievement progress.
Do the same Fatality inputs work on PS5, Xbox, Switch and PC?
Yes. The directional motions are identical across platforms; only the attack buttons differ. PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC each map the four attack buttons to that controller, so check the per-platform legend before entering an input.
